Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 3 business days. Custom or personalized items may take a little longer. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately not at this time through our direct website. However we do ship through Etsy's international shipping program on our Etsy store so check us out there!
Q: What shipping carriers do you use?
We typically ship via USPS and UPS, depending on package size and destination.
Q: How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order goes out.
Products & Materials
Q: What are the lamps made from?
Our lamps are made from laser-cut plywood panels (baltic birch or walnut) or hardwoods (like walnut, maple, or cedar) and assembled by hand.
Q: What kind of light source is used?
Depending on the model selected, a Tea Candle, RGB Cordless Light and Remote, or RGB Corded Light Base are included. All lamps are designed to rest atop their respective light sources. This offers you flexibility in the future to adjust your light source.
Q: How big are the lamps?
Sizes vary by design, but our D20 dice lamps are approximately 5"x5"x6". Dimensions are listed on each product page.
Q: Can I request a custom design?
We do accept limited custom orders! Please [contact us] for availability, timelines, and pricing.
Care & Use
Q: Are the lamps safe to leave on?
Yes, the LED lighting stays cool and is safe for extended use. We still recommend turning them off when not in use to prolong lifespan.
Q: How do I clean my lamp?
Gently wipe with a dry microfiber cloth. Avoid moisture or cleaning sprays.
Damages in Shipping
Q: My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
We’re so sorry! Please contact us right away with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
