Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days. For customized or personalized items, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing. Shipping time is separate from preparation time. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Q: Is U.S. shipping free?

Yes! Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum purchase.

Q: Can I choose faster shipping?

Yes! USPS Priority Mail is available at checkout for eligible orders: $6.90 for packages up to 1 lb and $9.90 for packages over 1 lb and up to 5 lb. Estimated transit time is 2–3 business days after dispatch. This does not shorten preparation time. For non-customized orders, allow approximately 3–6 business days from order to delivery. Q: Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship only within the U.S. through this website. International customers can shop through our Etsy store, where international shipping is available.

Q: What shipping carriers do you use?

We typically ship via USPS and UPS, depending on package size and destination. Orders placed with the Priority Mail option ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Q: How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order goes out.

Q: What are the lamps made from?

Our lamps are made from laser-cut plywood panels (baltic birch or walnut) or hardwoods (like walnut, maple, or cedar) and assembled by hand.

Q: What kind of light source is used?

Depending on the model selected, a Tea Candle, RGB Cordless Light and Remote, or RGB Corded Light Base are included. All lamps are designed to rest atop their respective light sources. This offers you flexibility in the future to adjust your light source.
