3. Online Store & Product Information

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. However:

Colors, wood grain, and appearance may vary due to natural materials and screen settings.
Because many items are handcrafted and sometimes customized or personalized, slight variations between items are normal and part of the nature of handmade goods.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update product details at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
Payment is due at the time of checkout using the payment methods offered at checkout (for example, credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, etc.).
Your order is not considered accepted until payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product and refund any amounts paid.

5. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin preparing it as quickly as possible.

We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations are possible if production or packing has already started.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (for example, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability). If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Processing & Shipping

Our standard processing time is:

Within 3 business days for non-custom items.
An additional 1–2 business days for customized or personalized orders.

Once a package is handed to the carrier, transit times are outside our control. Any delivery dates shown are estimates only and not guaranteed.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our Returns & Refunds Policy is part of these Terms. In summary:

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Unless otherwise stated, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time after we receive and inspect the returned item.

8. Custom & Personalized Orders

For items that are customized or personalized (for example, custom engraving, names, or special designs):

Please double-check all spelling, text, and design details before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer during the order process.
These items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or materially defective.

All content on fivepennypiece.com, including but not limited to product designs, photos, graphics, logos, text, and layouts, is the intellectual property of Five Penny Piece (or used with permission) and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not:
