Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days of being placed. For customized or personalized items, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing. We’ll reach out if there’s any delay.

U.S. Shipping Options

Free US Shipping: Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum purchase.

USPS Priority Mail: A paid faster shipping option is available at checkout for eligible orders: $6.90 for packages up to 1 lb and $9.90 for packages over 1 lb and up to 5 lb. Estimated transit time is 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Priority Mail does not shorten preparation time. For non-customized orders, allow approximately 3–6 business days from order to delivery. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays or holidays.

Carriers & Tracking

We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on the size and destination of your order. Orders placed with the Priority Mail option ship via USPS Priority Mail. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships.
